To initiate a return, please provide an unboxing video of the shipment package along with proof of the issue.

The wrong product is shipped
The product is damaged or defective
The wrong size, color or variant is shipped
Please reach out to us at care@gogopogo.ai within 7 days of delivery with evidence of the issue. Our team will provide a replacement or refund based on availability.
GogoPogo covers the return shipping costs for all eligible return requests.
For returns, refunds are initiated within 7 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be processed via the original payment method.
For replacements, we will ship the replacement product free of charge once the return is received.
